Young Adults
Therapy for young adults offers space to make sense of who we are as we step into a more independent world. Often, this is the first time we’re seeking support on our own, navigating relationships, career choices, identity, stress, or the pressure to “have it all figured out.” In therapy, young adults can explore their internal world with curiosity and honesty, understand patterns that no longer serve them, and build the confidence to create a life that feels authentic. It’s a place to slow down, reflect, and grow with the guidance of a supportive clinician who understands the complexities of this stage of life.
