Let’s Talk
Curious about therapy, but not sure where to start?
Let’s Talk is a supportive introduction to therapy for high school students who are interested in exploring what therapy is, how it works, and whether it might be helpful for what they’re going through.
Many students want support but aren’t sure how to get connected. Others have never considered therapy as an option for stress, relationships, academic pressure, anxiety, or general life transitions. And graduating seniors who are drawn toward psychology as a field often haven’t experienced therapy themselves — despite being interested in the work.
Let’s Talk offers students a space to:
Try therapy in a low-pressure, time-limited format
Ask questions and learn how therapy works
Explore whether therapy might be beneficial
Reconnect if they’ve been in therapy before
Gain firsthand experience before studying psychology in college
Sessions are provided by therapists who are passionate about working with adolescents and young adults. Students can continue with ongoing therapy if they choose, or simply use Let’s Talk as an introduction.
Practically speaking:
We offer sliding scale, and find the right fit fee for each student depending on their insurance benefits
No long-term commitment required
Virtual and in-person appointments available
Supportive, confidential, and student-centered
If you’re a student (or parent, or school staff member) and want to learn more, reach out — we’re happy to answer questions and help you get connected.
