Emily Grella, MS
Emily Grella is a doctoral-level clinical psychology student working under supervision. She
holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Rochester and a
master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. She is
currently pursuing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at George Washington University.
Dedicated to supporting new parents, adults, adolescents, and children, her work is grounded in
warmth, curiosity, and a commitment to meeting clients exactly where they are. She approaches
her work with a deep respect for each client’s lived experience, creating a therapeutic space
where individuals can feel understood and empowered. Guided by a psychodynamic lens, she
helps clients explore concerns such as identity, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-
worth, attachment, and family dynamics.
